By becoming a member of the Sadashivanagar Residents Welfare Association (SRWA), you:

Contribute to the welfare and development of the neighbourhood
Have a voice in civic matters affecting Sadashivanagar
Support initiatives that enhance safety, infrastructure, and quality of life
Strengthen community bonds and responsible neighbourhood engagement

Your membership ensures that our community remains organised, proactive, and future-ready.

You are eligible to apply for SRWA membership if you:

Are 18 years of age or above
Normally reside in a house or flat within the SRWA area of jurisdiction: Sadashivanagar, Rajmahal Vilas Extension, Upper Palace Orchards

SRWA welcomes residents who share an interest in community well-being, civic engagement, and neighbourhood improvement.

Amount: ₹2,000

Payable at the time of joining.

Amount: ₹1,500

Payable between April and June each year, regardless of the year of joining.

Senior Citizens: Exempt from the annual subscription after reaching 80 years of age.

Spouse Members: ₹500 annual subscription (Effective from 1st April 2024).

A member’s association with SRWA may cease under the following circumstances:

Resignation (effective from the date communicated to the association)
Change of residence outside Sadashivanagar
- Members who later return may apply for readmission without paying any additional fee
In the event of a member’s death, the spouse may apply for membership without payment of any fee (subject to residence eligibility)
Expulsion, in accordance with the rules of the Association
